Sensitive Personal Information
We process sensitive data only when strictly necessary for the engagement and with your knowledge. Examples:

We never collect or process: health data, biometric data, precise geolocation, or data revealing race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.

SMS/Text Messaging Communications
Maturity Dynamics Consulting may send SMS/text messages to individuals who have provided their phone number and opted in to receive such communications. We use RingCentral as our messaging platform provider.

• Service updates related to active engagements
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) verification codes for account security
Message Frequency & Costs
• Message frequency varies based on your engagement and preferences
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan
• We do not charge for SMS messages; standard carrier rates apply
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our website forms, or by providing verbal or written consent during a consultation. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
How to Opt Out
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact information
• Email info@maturitydynamics.com to update your preferences
• Call +1 (443) 539-8885 to opt out verbally
Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.
Data Handling for SMS
• Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for the purposes described above
• We do not sell, share, or rent phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes
• Phone numbers are stored securely within our RingCentral and Zoho CRM platforms
• Message logs are retained for 12 months for compliance and quality purposes, then deleted
Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed and may vary.

• Your confidential data is never used for model training unless you opt-in in writing
• All significant recommendations are reviewed by a human consultant before delivery
• You can request a full explanation of any AI output
• You can delete data or disable AI features instantly
• Hosted on AWS US-East with AES-256 encryption and per-customer key isolation
Security
Enterprise-grade, always-on:
• TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest
• MFA, role-based access, regular penetration testing
• Breach notification within 72 hours (or faster if required)
Your Rights (Worldwide)
• Access, correct, delete, or export your data
• Opt out of marketing instantly
• Request human review of any AI recommendation
• Limit use of sensitive information (California)
• Object or restrict processing (GDPR)

International Transfers
Data is processed primarily in the United States. Transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland use EU Standard Contractual Clauses plus supplementary measures.

Material changes are notified by email and website banner at least 30 days in advance.
