After the discovery call we provide a proposal with the scope and price defined up front, so there is no time-and-materials exposure. Pricing reflects your organization size and complexity, scope, timeline, and level of support required.

That's exactly why we exist. Most consulting may not produce desired results because generic frameworks are applies without a thorough understanding of  specific context. In our discovery call, we'll ask WHY previous approaches didn't work - that informs how we'd customize differently.

Depends on your urgency. Some clients start within days of initial contact. Others need weeks for internal alignment. We adapt to YOUR timeline. After discovery call, we can typically provide a custom proposal within 3-5 business days.

That's what the discovery call is for. We'll discuss your specific situation and recommend which model (or combination) makes sense. Many clients aren't sure initially until discovery is complete. It is normal.
